How to win at roulette

Mark Howe is without a doubt the most blatantly dishonest individual I've ever known. He has resorted to the most dishonest and incredibly manipulative methods to promote his products, including but not limited to lying about his competitors. Some of his lies are so blatant that many sincerely believe he is mentally ill. He frequently creates new brazen lies in attempt to cover old lies. But rather than tell you what "I" think of him, below I've posted simple facts, and undeniable supporting evidence, so you can decide for yourself the type of person he is:

  • Mark very frequently posts on forums under fake names to give his own products fake positive reviews while lying about his competitors. For such behavior, Mark has been banned from almost every major gambling forum. Most recently, he was banned from Gamblers Glen for impersonating several Japanese gamblers who claim to have purchased his competitors device, and found it failed. the Japanese gamblers were a complete fabrication by Mark. The forum moderator determined that the multiple personalities were indeed Mark, and he was consequently banned from the Gamblers Glen forum. See the announcement of Mark being banned was made by the moderator.
  • As Mark has been banned from many forums, he created numerous forums of his own. One of them is at www.b2g5.com/boards/board.cgi?&user=mahony where he frequently attacks his competitors, while fabricating information to promote his products. Many of his lies were promptly exposed, and he quickly removed the posts which were saved and forwarded to the authorities. Among his blatantly false claims are:

i. False Endorsement from Government Laboratory: Mark falsely claimed the National Weights and Measures Lab (UK Government Lab) tested and endorsed his roulette computer. When he published this claim, I asked the lab if his claim was true. They clearly stated it was a lie, and reported the matter to the UK Office of Fair Trading, although Howe now resides in Norway. When I published details of Howe's lie, Howe deleted the post with his claim (See original post: NWML Claim).

ii. False positive reviews: A well known roulette researcher, Ion Salui, appeared to have posted on Mark's forum claiming Mark's roulette computer is effective as he claims. The real Ion read the post, and clearly stated he never posted it (See original post: apparent endorsement from Ion). To explain this, Mark claims the post was merely made from someone with the same name of "Ion Saliu". However, in the original post, you can see Mark's IP address "80.229.165.34" at the top, and the fake IP address of "146.44.34.221" he posted in the actual message itself. Mark did not appear to realize the real IP of the poster was being published. Also see Ion's comments about Mark's deceptive post as also shown below:

"The roulette gamblers who contacted me wanted to buy (?) Mark's roulette computer. But they wanted to know more from me, the “official endorser” of the electronic device (?!) I could not believe my eyes when I saw a post at Mark's message board! It was signed “Ion Saliu”. That Ion Saliu gave high praise to Mark's roulette computer! I had to respond, because some people might have believed I was behind that insane operation! Some might have been inclined to actually send money for a chimera! Of course, it was identity theft — not only a mad action, but also a criminal act."

There are too many others to mention, although download a few of the fake reviews from his own private forum. When confronted, Mark first claimed the fake posts were probably posted by his competitors to discredit him - see the thread with his post making this claim. However, the top of each post shows the IP address of the actual poster, and clearly it is Mark's IP address. To explain this, Mark then contradicted himself and claimed the posts were actually merely moved by him from an older forum - this additional claim of his is also in the same thread (linked above). Mark eventually also contradicted himself again by claiming he didn't know the post wasn't really from Ion. This is despite the post indicating Ion had tested Mark's computer, and Ion making it very clear he in fact had never even seen Mark's computer as Mark would no doubt have known. And again, Mark makes yet another contradictory statement claiming that "A Ion Saliu posted at my site, it is not the same Ion Salui who you think runs a gambling site you pratt. How Many Ion Saliu's do you think they are in the world, only one?"

Another notable example of Mark's manipulation is a post where he impersonates a famous roulette computer developer, Thomas Bass, where he attempts to give himself credibility by making it appear as though Thomas is asking Mark for his roulette computers to be used in a movie (post still active for now). Thomas Bass has confirmed himself that he did not make the post - contact Thomas Bass to confirm. One of Mark's other explanations for the obvious publishing of fake positive reviews is that Mark's employees posted the messages against his will.

  • Izak, a competitor of Mark's, had a brief interruption of service to his web hosting account. This meant his web site was temporarily unavailable. Mark Howe claimed he and his "fed friends" were responsible for bringing the site down, and that his other competitor "Steve Hourmouzis" would be next. But after less than 24hrs, Izak's site was back up and running, revealing Mark's blatant lie - see this forum threat (Mark's blatantly false claim).
  • Four professional gamblers visited Mark for a demonstration of his roulette computers. After a day of explanations and demonstrations, they concluded Mark was a fraud. See part of the conversation between Mark and one of the visitors. To explain the visitor's belief that Mark is a fraud, Mark claims the visitors were merely "hung over". Despite Mark's various claims of wealth, the visitors confirmed he had lied about his assets. After Mark was banned from the Gamblers Glen forum for impersonating clients of his competitors, one of the individuals who visited Mark stated to the forum moderator:

"If you recall Fishman, i did say that this Mark Howy character was completely insane and had no place in this forum, on the end all i could do is warn people about this man. 4 of us met him and we realised he lived in a make believe world, the outrageous lies which follow our visit just was confirmation of his mental condition. Maybe, just maybe your decision will help him to seek medical advice. He was 24/7 on this site and i must admit i will miss him as an entertainment, his non stop lying was really hilarious. He went over the top with the first thread where he invented all these characters, that was rightly deleted then there was that other crazy man Franky insulting everyone daring to question his master. All in all, you can meet some "strange" characters on the net and from what i know MH sure had a run on this site, in others he was quickly found out as a complete nutter and banned quickly. Despite of all the nasty things he said about me,i am not angry with the man as he is very sick and i could get into many more details about him but my last word to him will be R.I.P."

  • In Mark's demonstration DVD, he used a very uncommon wheel where the ball hits one particular vertical diamond on almost every spin. This makes winning very easy even for a simplistic computer. When asked why he chose this wheel for his video demonstrations, Mark claimed he was renovating and couldn't access his other wheels when he created the video footage.
  • Mark trades under the name of "Mark Howe Technologies", although this name is not a registered business or company name in any country.
  • To experienced forum members, Mark is very well known to post under many fake names, which include Strip Crusher, Mr X, Franki, King Dom, Biomorphic, Neutral Observer, Money to Burn, Ricky, Mathewg, The Wiz Kid, Alison Gianquitto, Cristov, vladimir, Aleks1, milestone, rodneybrown, paxobird, and House Edge. Even once he attempted to impersonate another member ("Docker") by replacing "O" with "0" (zero) in the chat ID.
  • Mark claims he sells his roulette computer because he has been banned from casinos. He claims to have won over £4,000,000 from casinos. However, casino sources have confirmed he is not on any ban lists, and individuals who him well confirmed he has lied. Even if he were on ban lists, it would be relatively easy to apply his computer in different jurisdictions.
  • Mark has long claimed to have his competitor's roulette computer (Steve Hourmouzis), and that it fails. To validate Mark's claims, he was asked to identify the first thing displayed when Steve's computer is loaded. Mark did not know this information, proving Mark's claims were false.
  • Mark recently resided at 10 Gartrice Grove, Sheffield, South Yorkshire, UK. NOTE: Mark has already publicly published this address, otherwise I wouldn't have published this information. However if he requests, I will remove this address. When the Sheffield Police visited this address regarding Mark's unlawful activity, we found he had been ejected from this house which his girlfriend (now ex-girlfriend) owns. With regards to thisresidence, Mark claimed "He fails to mention that this property is worth £250,000 approximately and was purchased outright with cash or the Silver Ferrari on the drive in the picture." Mark's claims are absolute nonsense: the land title purchased from www.landregisteronline.gov.uk for £2 confirms the house was purchased for £110,000 by his ex-girlfriend Alison Gianquitto, and the purchase was funded by a loan from "Norton Financial Services", not cash as Mark claims. In light of Mark's notorious dishonesty, and that this residence does not have a garage to shelter such an expensive vehicle, I find it quite difficult to believe it is a Silver Ferrari in the photo. Additionally, individuals who know Mark personally have indicated Mark is actually virtually broke.
  • Fabricated endorsements from the UK Gaming Commission: Mark has falsely claimed the UK Gaming Commission tested his roulette computer and found it to be effective. Specifically he states "Roulette computer sellers have been investigated and only two was mentioned in a report by the gaming board that actually worked. Both from two English gentlemen, one of them me!" Read this claim at http://ai-depot.com/Dump/1521.html - the Gaming Commission's compliance department investigated Mark for this claim, although Mark now resides in Norway. A Gaming Commission representative stated:

"Mark Howe has been brought to the attention of the Gambling Commission on a previous occasion and we would advise you not to purchase this product. The commission has received previous complaints regarding this individual and these have been passed to the Office of Fair Trading." - Thomas Allmark, Licensing Administrator, UK Gaming Commission, Ph: 0121 230 6666

My intentions for publishing this information are not malicious. I intend only to inform readers of basic facts, with supporting evidence, so they may draw their own conclusions. In addition to Mark's dishonest marketing practices and blatant lies about me (Steve Hourmouzis), he has resorted to blackmail and threats of violence against my family and I. His various activities are being investigated by the authorities, and I have every confidence he will be dealt with accordingly.
