This is clear fraud. The paragon roulette system seller (Jerry Adams) has no shame, so he's just like most other roulette system sellers. He is one of the worst. The paragon roulette site tells you exactly what you want to hear and never lets the truth get in the way. Jerry Adams claims there is a secret bet you can make and that you will earn $15,000 per month and that you can win on absolutely any wheel, including at online casinos. The testimonials on his site are obviously faked because the system is another one for the trash and can no way be used for consistent profits and long term winnings. The paragon roulette system so called "secret bet" is simply waiting for a set of numbers to not come up, and then you play a progression. This is nothing new and far from some magical secret bet. I guess people looking for winning systems want to believe there is some "secret bet" which is why Jerry Adams claims that is what his system uses. UPDATE 5th Feb 2007: Jerry Adams now has multiple sites and is trying to avoid countless claims that he's a fraud. Despite this review and many warnings throughout the internet, people are still being fooled. I still frequently receive complaints from his purchasers saying he is not responding when they ask for a refund. I suggest purchasers complain to the payment processor and they'll force a refund. Lack of complaints and complacency is how these frauds get away with it. People like Jerry should be in jail. VERDICT: Fraudulent. Scam artists like Jerry Adams get away with it because they offer money-back guarantees, but only actually give the refund if a purchaser complains to the payment processor. Currently I'm receiving more complaints about Jerry Adams and the paragon roulette system than any of the others reviewed here. |

John Ager offers a variety of gambling systems. He's actually been around for some time, but I was only asked to review him when he surfaced on the roulette forum. John caters for every budget and interest, and offers numerous "special offers" which is typical of gambling system sellers. I have been contacted by several of his purchasers, and have been sent scanned copies of some of his systems. While I do not have every one of his systems, once you see just a few of them, you clearly see John is nothing more than a gambling amateur, a promoter and dishonest system seller offering a broad range of junk. He caters for every type of unsuspecting gambler. On his web site and in forum posts, John makes some statements that are true, and he sounds like a professional you'd want to deal with. But what gives him away are specific statements about beating roulette that are utterly, completely, and without any doubt FALSE. They are in fact so untrue that to any real professional, it is perfectly clear John is not a gambling professional, and he has no idea what he's talking about. He is nothing more than a system seller trying to appear as a professional. But for someone that doesn't know any better, it would be easy to be fooled by his mix of lies with truth. Even if I didn't now have some of his systems, there are countless points that raise red flags. For example, John claims to have winning systems for electronic spins, and that the system is "infallible" at online casinos if used correctly. You simply cannot beat random number generator spins. Also, John claims to have winning even money bet systems. It is impossible as anyone that understands the mathematics of the roulette table would tell you. Even Einstein himself confirmed this. VERDICT: Fraudulent. Not only is his material unprofessional and full of spelling errors, it is plain incorrect. I have more than enough of his systems to give a credible verdict. John Ager is far from a gambling professional. He claims anyone can visit him for a personal demo. This is a perfect example of why a seller claiming anyone can visit them for a personal demo holds no weight whatsoever. Very few people (if any at all) are going to travel across the globe for a gambling system and he knows that. |

Andruchi has roulette systems for online casinos and real roulette wheels. The Andruchi roulette systems are based on the law of a third and chaotic patterns. I am very familiar with chaotic patterns and systems based on the law of a third. Part of the theory Andruchi presents is correct, but it is incorrect where it counts which ultimately leads to the failure of the Andruchi roulette systems in the long term. Andruchi claims his most recent players have generated favorable results, and although of course he claims the results to be statistically significant, I completely disagree as realistically the favorable results he claims his players have generated are only short term results. Andruchi also claims his roulette systems win against a set of spins he has, but this is meaningless as any system can be "reverse engineered" to win against a set of spins. Thorough testing conducted by myself clearly indicated the Andruchi roulette systems fail in the long term just like most other systems. UPDATE (15th MAR 2007): It is now apparent this seller is also responsible for the scam rouletteflaw.com and casinoflaw.com. The web sites for these scams say there is a flaw in some online casino software, and that if you apply the free system provided at the specific casinos he tells you about, then you will win. This is complete rubbish. All he is doing is asking you to sign up at those specific casinos so you he gets the commissions on your losses. These types of scams are not uncommon. In fact they're everywhere. In other words he no longer appears to sell a system, he gives a system for free and says it will only work at the specific casinos he lists. But he of course doesn't say he is paid commissions on losses from players. VERDICT: The Andruchi roulette systems are no better than random bet selection. His systems are intelligently created, but apply only partially correct theory. Andruchi's systems have some similarities to the Don Young system. Roulette systems based on chaotic patterns and the law of a third fail because they do not forecast future spins - they only give you patterns from past spins that cannot be used to make predictions that are accurate enough to overcome the house edge. In other words, the Andruchi systems fails in the long term. Of Andruchi would know his own systems fail in the long term, which is why I cannot believe Andruchi is anything but another common system seller knowingly selling garbage. |

This is a clear scam, and a very expensive one. Video footage of online application is given, and a profit of $10,000 is shown with a starting balance of $50. How many takes did the seller need to take? As many as he needed. If any system could be that effective, casinos wouldn't exist. You are asked to signup at different online casinos, and the system seller is paid a commission for the signup. The seller claims you can only win at specific online casinos. This is not a new scam and there are many like it. The difference with this one is you not only pay $2000 for junk, you are asked to sign up at specific casinos so the system seller can claim commissions on your signups. Unethical? You bet. When you finally realize you've been duped, you wont receive a response to your emails. The seller also operates under the site at www.millionaireroulettesecret.com. VERDICT: Pure fraud. Blatant lies from the seller. Education and common sense is the best way to avoid these scams. Click here for more detailed information from an actual purchaser |

This is absolute rubbish barely worth a mention. But then again 99% of the systems and sellers on this site are barely worth a mention either. As with many of the other systems, I was sent this one by an upset purchaser. The web site says rubbish like you'll never lose at roulette again, you'll never go broke again, and you'll walk out a winner every time. The system document starts out with general information about the history of roulette. I assume the seller has to fill the document with something that resembles substance. The actual system is based on the dozens (he calls them quadrants). You bet a kind of Fibonacci sequence bit no matter how you package it, this system is still just another worthless dozens progression betting roulette strategy. It is clear the seller simply compiled various information freely available on the net, came up with one of the oldest freely available systems, packaged it, made a few bold salesman statements on his web site, then slapped a price of $97 on it. VERDICT: Don't waste your ISP monthly download limit by visiting roulettetowin.com |

Here's a good example of someone marketing a range of gambling products, taking advantage of unsuspecting players. Samuel knows what he's doing with marketing with distribution of press releases making his system look all official when in fact he himself writes the press releases, but does specifically his system work? It is a dozens roulette strategy. No, it doesn't work. A purchaser of his was kind enough to send me his material for evaluation. Yet another blatant fraud that tells you exactly what you want to hear but only sells junk. It is hard not to get angry when people can be so blatantly dishonest. VERDICT: The material has some good information, but the system is utter junk. Of course Samuel knows this, but why should this matter to him when he's making sales? The authorities really need to crack down on this kind of fraud. This system doesn't even have a chance of working in the long term. |
What is it with scamming system sellers? They suffer from a complete lack of integrity and honesty and tell you exactly what you want to hear without any shame at all. No doubts about this one being fraudulent. He reminds me of Jerry Adams and Mark Howe to mention just two of a long list of frauds, where such blatant lies can be told for the sake of of making a dollar. Really this is malicious and blatant fraud. I've received more than enough complaints about worldbestroulettesystem.com to know beyond a doubt this is a scam, and complaints have come from confirmed purchasers who have actually sent me payment receipt which is a requirement for submitting information about a system. This is the kind of cooperation I need from YOU the reader because I can't personally test every system. The seller gives apparent proof of his online casino account withdrawals, which are easily manipulated screenshots. But even if they are legitimate, you don't see the deposit amount so how can we tell if he actually deposited the funds just for the withdrawal proof? We can't. If a system seller says they can beat an online casino, I suggest be wary, or better yet just close the web site. The testimonials on the web site are obviously faked, and every purchaser that has contacted me to complain experienced a complete lack of response when they took up the seller's money-back guarantee offer. This is not uncommon and in such situations you need to contact the payment processor to obtain a refund. A truly experienced roulette player would know without a doubt this system is a scam just from the seller's web site and his claims. Lesser experienced players may be fooled by such fraudulent systems when they're told exactly what they want to hear. UPDATE (7th September 2007): As is common with frauds, Michael Davis has recently changed his web site. If you are scammed by someone, don't accept it. Chase them down and report them. There are real ways to beat roulette, but this one sure isn't one of them. VERDICT: Blatant fraud. A very clever and well designed web site designed to lure in inexperienced player. Every purchaser that complained to me about this system did not receive a response when they asked the seller for a refund. While this is a system I have not tested myself, when I receive multiple complaints from purchasers who send me their purchase receipt, this is more than enough for a credible and accurate review. One thing to keep in mind to avoid such frauds is that while systems exist to beat real wheels, no system that beats computer generated spins exists. If it did, it would certainly make world news. |

Izak has probably come out with the largest variety of junk. It seems every few months, he has a new system to bring new victims. He once even tried to sell "lucky numbers". Yes you read right. His web site is full of hordes of junk, and I still cannot understand how many people still fall for what I thought would be obvious lies. As a professional player, I am literally nauseated by the junk on his site. Words cannot express how blatantly frauds like Izak will lie to you. While he hasn't ever been known to pretend to be his own purchasers on forums as frauds like Mark Howe does, he still relies heavily on forums to promote his dishonest living. His systems are not expensive as some others, but you can be well assured if you buy, you are buying complete rubbish. None of his systems are original, and they are usually nothing more than rehashed older systems. I did have a collection of his systems on my computer, but deleted them long ago. They are truly not even worth the hard drive space. VERDICT: A complete load of rubbish. Nothing but fraud. New rubbish is periodically released by him. None of his systems even come close to being effective. They all crash eventually. A thoroughly exposed and well known fraud. If you have been purchasing and trying different systems, you'd know beyond any doubt how dishonest Mr Mataya is. You'd know his name well. People like him are still in business because the authorities have bigger fish to fry. |
The creators of this system are very clever casino promoters. The system itself is solely junk designed to promote online casinos. The system is $75, although you can get it for free if you sign up to casinos that are linked to on their site. It is well established by pro gamblers that there is no present way to beat RNG casinos (standard online casinos), and this site addresses this knowledge which makes the sales pitch pushing the system appear convincing. Their site tells you exactly what you want to hear if you've purchased many seemingly promising systems before only to find they failed which makes this all the more blatantly fraudulent. And of course this is the case with most of us. The only thing to learn here is some online casinos and their promoters are remarkably ruthless and immoral. VERDICT: Fraudulent. I suggest not trusting an online casino that relies on dishonest promotional methods. |
This is one I'll happily label a scam. The system is easy to learn and apply, but just does not work. No matter how you package and present it, sometimes it's just still the same s***. I knew this once I had read the system document but to be fair, I tested it over 2,000 RNG spins and 1,000 hamburg spins and as expected, the system was a dismal failure. I have requested a refund but was told I had to wait a full 12 months as his site states. I'm involved in an ongoing dispute to obtain a refund. VERDICT: Fraudulent |

The Dr Neubauer casino buster roulette system is a long surviving scam. It just goes to show the letters "Dr" in front of a name don't give a person or roulette system credibility. Neubauer is the type of system seller that makes system sellers so hated. He is selling absolute trash and on his web site is falsified results from an online casino. Ok so I can't prove they are falsified, but he couldn't prove they were real, and tests on 2,000 RNG spins produced a clear loss of -220 units which doesn't seem like 100% guaranteed profits to me! The fact that his casino buster system is a flat bets system is what convinced me to buy because as any dedicated roulette player should know, unless a system wins with flat bets, it won't win with progression. After numerous heated emails, I eventually received a refund but believe me he really wanted to hang onto my money. The worst thing about Neubauer is his site has such blatant lies and I can liken such blatant lies from Jerry Adams and Mark Howe. I cannot understand how he can continue to operate with such false information. Perhaps the only way he can survive is by giving refunds to people that request, and relying on people to not request a refund for the casino buster roulette system. Often I receive emails from people stating how when you ask for a refund, Neubauer doesn't respond unless you really persist. He is not the only one like this. Neubauer, you are a blatant fraud. VERDICT: Fraudulent |

The Target Roulette system documentation is a lengthy 146 pages full of useful information for beginners. The documentation is professionally written and easy to follow, but the system itself is complete rubbish and like most others, fails dismally in the long term. The number selection procedures give accuracy no better than random selection, so it should be no surprise the theory behind the system is also rubbish. The concept of repeating numbers is nothing new and has been tested to no end by many. But to a beginner, the theory may appear convincing. To a professional roulette players, the theory they state is behind the system is laughable. There is no chance the system creators wouldn't be aware their system fails yet they continue to sell it. I would recommend this system if you are after a good read, but the system itself (what you pay for) fails. VERDICT: Fraudulent. |
I wouldn't call Richard a scammer as he does appear honest, but I don't believe he really knows what he's talking about. Otherwise he's just a very clever scammer. His systems can give the illusion of being a winner if you do as he says and walk when you're up, but if you play in the long term, they lose like almost all other systems. You only need to download his so-called "proof" to see it's not really proof at all. His system documents, as is his site, are poorly written and difficult to follow. I don't think Richard plays his own systems very much because if he did, even his web site would accurately reflect many truths regarding roulette. Richard does seem like a nice guy but unfortunately his systems offer nothing new and lose in the long term. I may have tested it over only 1,000 RNG spins but it didn't take long to see where the system was headed. VERDICT: Waste of time |
The system seller claims he made $14,000 starting from only $12. Not only that, his site has testimonials with people claiming they have achieved similar results. To be frank, the bullshit detector in my mind went haywire. Sure it is "possible" (but unlikely) if you are remarkably lucky one time in your life, but to do it "consistently", no way. Not even the world's best roulette computers could achieve these kind of results consistently. The system seller is in the same boat as such lairs and frauds as Paragon Roulette and Neubauer. Everything I know about roulette and gambling suggests this seller is a very clear scammer. Use your common sense and you'll conclude the same. But to be fair, I don't have his system and I won't buy because part of it is non-refundable. If anyone does, please contact me to add a review. VERDICT: Based the seller's sales material alone, it is a very obvious scam. Anyone can build a site and scam people by saying the same old thing that others do. But most people don't do this because most people have morals. |
Now this is an interesting one. There are a few like it. First you visit their web site and they offer so-called brilliant winning systems that beat even online casinos. To receive their roulette system, you first submit your email address. You then receive an email telling you to download free casino software to test the free system. The system itself is pure garbage. When you investigate further it is blatantly obvious this is simply a clever plot to get you to download the casino software because they are the online casino themselves! It's funny how an online casino gives you a free system that is supposed to win thousands per day. This really is blatantly fraudulent and misleading. VERDICT: Fraudulent. I suggest not trusting an online casino that relies on dishonest promotional methods. |
This one reminds me of Neubauer as the web site uses truths to sell the system: that a winning system does not need progression and can rely solely on flat bets. Yet it's just another fraud. The operator of this web site sells numerous gambling systems. I only have his roulette system, and if his other systems are anything like it, his other systems are pure junk. It looks like he's packaged his system to just be adequate to make most players think it's something new, but really to the more experienced player it still looks and smells like the same thing, because it is. The operator is selling his site which should be no surprise. VERDICT: Fraudulent |
Rather than be an attempt to beat roulette, this system is an attempt to promote online casinos. The system itself is free, and you can download it from their site. It is an EXE file so it may contain a virus which would not be surprising, but this has not been confirmed. To make the system work, you are asked to sign up to specific casinos which they called "qualified" casinos. They claim their system will only work at these "qualified" casinos. This is just unethical promotion of casinos. VERDICT: Unethical advertising and absolute rubbish |
This is another casino offering a free system, and conveniently free online casino software for you to test the system. The casino software itself contained a virus which is enough reason to steer clear of them for starters! It just goes to show casinos are among the most deceptive and immoral organizations around. For all we know the online casino could just be a fake to set up trojan horse viruses to steal credit card and financial data. But considering just the system itself, it's absolute trash and nothing new at all. Whatever their aim is, they should at least provide something new. VERDICT: Fraudulent. I suggest not trusting an online casino that relies on dishonest promotional methods. |
This is just another scam. It is fraudulent false advertising from casino promoters. The system creator (casino promoter) says there is a particular "flaw" at some casinos, and that his system will only work at these casinos. The system itself is just more garbage presented a different way. It should be obvious to many that it is just a scam, although many people will take the bait and signup at the "exploitable" casinos. In practice mode they earn a profit, but when they play for real, they lose. The casino promotor walks away with a commission either way. The owner of this web site also operates a number of other web sites that make similar claims, but they are for games other than roulette. It doesn't get much more fraudulent. VERDICT: Nothing but deceptive casino promotion and fraudulent advertising. |
This is simply roulette-advantage.com under a different domain name and with a few other changes. It's the same scam. You are told various lies about roulette and then presented with a strategy that apparently only works with four different casinos. The strategy itself is once again utter garbage. The aim of the promoter is of course to get you to signup to specific casinos so he/she can get commissions. Many people have contacted me about this and other similar scams. VERDICT: Nothing but deceptive casino promotion and fraudulent advertising. |
This site is full of fancy photos of wealth but it's yet another casino promotion scam. You download the free system, then are told to signup to a casino and download their software to play. The system is simply more junk. There are so many of these types of scams that they're almost not even worth putting on this site. But gullible people still manage to be scammed from them and end up complaining here. VERDICT: Nothing but deceptive casino promotion and fraudulent advertising. |
Yet another case of unethical and fraudulent casino advertising. You are asked to try their free system at specific online casinos only. How nice of them to give away a million dollar system without asking for a cent. Conveniently, they claim their system will not work at any other casino. You can win in practice mode, but you simply lose when playing for real. Hopefully the authorities will crack down on such blatant fraud. VERDICT: Pure fraud yet again. There are many web sites like this and not just for roulette. |
This is yet another online casino promotion. They offer a free roulette system and convenient downloadable casino software to test the system. Again, the system presented is absolute rubbish. This must be a new form of SPAM. Personally I would not trust any casino that resorts to such low methods of promotion, or any online casino for that matter. VERDICT: Fraudulent. I suggest not trusting an online casino that relies on dishonest promotional methods. |
Their ad said I could earn $1,000 per day, so I had to give it a shot. After submitting my email address, I was sent download instructions to something I was not game enough to download. If someone downloads and installs it, let me know all about it because I've received so many viruses from such sites. This site shows all the typical signs of being nothing more than another way of promoting online casinos. VERDICT: Likely fraudulent (another deceptive casino promotion) |
